Taking an Existing Design to the Next Level

We studied their existing website in great detail to learn what worked and what didn't, then leant into the strengths and ditched the weaknesses. The brand already made use of blue, orange and white design elements, so we drew inspiration from those elements to inform section layout and design.

Prioritising Visitors and Increasing Conversions

We analysed top-performing service-based websites to inform our structural decisions, including increasing the number of direct booking buttons on the homepage, simplifying navigation and including visible verified reviews from satisfied customers, in order to streamline the conversion process for visitors. The end result looks much better and has resulted in a better user experience.
